| NT712 | At the beginning of the production process it must be demonstrated and documented for each formulation that the amount of active substance which might be abraded by dust (Heubach a.s. value) does not exceed 0.1 mg tefluthrin per 100.000 seeds. This evidence must be submitted and documented for all formulations once every calendar year or at the beginning of the treatment season after intermission of the production. Retention samples of treated seeds from the production process allowing for the determination of the Heubach a.s. value must be taken from new seed batches or every two weeks at the latest. These retention samples shall be retained for at least 12 months. Changes in the nature and quantity of the adjuvants used or changes in the use of new dressing equipment technology require new evidence. When the Heubach a.s. value exceeds 0,3 mg tefluthrin per 100.000 seeds, treated seeds may not be marketed. | – | – |
