Code Text Crop Buffer zone
NN134 The product is classified as harmless for populations of the species Typhlodromus pyri (predatory mite).
WG734 Use of the product for spontaneous fermentation can lead to a delay in fermentation.
WW750 The maximum number of applications is limited due to active substance-specific reasons. Sufficient control is therefore not expected in all cases. If necessary, use products containing other active substances afterwards or alternately.
VA320 The following applies for the protection of uninvolved third parties (bystanders and residents). Drift-reducing equipment with a drift reduction class of at least 90 % must be used when applying the plant protection product on a strip at least 20 metres wide next to adjacent areas used by uninvolved third parties. Appropriate application technology and conditions of use are specified in the list of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' as published on 10 September 2013 (BAnz AT 23.10.2013 B4), as amended. In addition, the minimum distances of two metres for spraying applications in field crops and five metres for applications in bush and tree cultures (high crops) as stated in the Federal Gazette publication of the BVL (No. 2 of 27 April 2016, BAnz AT 20 May 2016 B5) must be respected.
NG300 Not allowed for use in water conservation areas or spa protection areas, nor in other areas marked off by the competent authority for the protection of groundwater.
NT881 In unpruned or minimally pruned plants with only slightly reduced foliage wall height in spring and summer, the product may only be applied after flowering (BBCH higher or equal to 70).
NW607-2 When applying the product on areas adjacent to surface waters - except only occasionally but including periodically water bearing surface waters - the product must be applied with equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 10 September 2013 (Federal Gazette AT 23.10.2013 B4) as amended. Depending on the drift reduction classes for the equipment stated below, the following buffer zones must be kept from surface waters. In addition to the minimum buffer zone from surface waters stipulated by state law, the ban on application in or in the immediate vicinity of waters must be observed at all times for drift reduction classes marked with "*". Violations may be punished by fines of up to 50 000 EUR.
NW706 Between treated areas which have an incline of more than 2 % and surface waters - including periodically but excluding occasionally water-bearing surface waters- there must be a buffer zone under complete plant cover. The buffer zone's protective function must not be impaired by the use of implements. It must be at least 20 m wide. This buffer zone is not necessary if: -sufficient catching systems are available for the water and soil transported by run-off, which do not flow into surface water or are not connected with the urban drainage system or -the product is used for conservation or no-tillage methods.
SF274-2 Successive work/inspections on/in treated areas/crops may not be carried out until 2 days after applying the product.
