Depending on the drift reduction classes for the equipment stated below, the following buffer zones must be kept from surface waters. In addition to the minimum buffer zone from surface waters stipulated by state law, the ban on application in or in the immediate vicinity of waters must be observed at all times for drift reduction classes marked with "*". | NT103-1 | In a strip at least 20 m wide which is adjacent to other areas, the product must be applied using loss reducing equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 10 September 2013 (Federal Gazette AT 23.10.2013 B4) as amended, and be registered in at least drift reducing class 90 % (except agriculturally or horticulturally used areas, roads, paths and public places).
